The intelligent automatic and continuous dough pressing unit is made up of continuous dough pressing machine and dough slice separating machine.Dough pieces are delivered automatically to dough pressing machine, S-shape continuous folding pressing can increase the toughness of dough skin, fineness and gloss. It is allowed to set the frequency of pressing (1-99 times), shutdown time (0-60 seconds) and adjust the thickness of dough slice (0.8-1.8mm). Automatic powder sprinkling system can arrange the volume to reduce labor intensity and ensure safe operation. The well-prepared dough slice will be delivered to shaping separating machine and dough pressing machine will return to its position.The shaping separator can adjust the thickness and width of dough slice, convenient for forming machine operation,making product weight and shape stable and further expanding dough slice. Cutters can be added to cut dough slice for multiple ones.
